The bridge of the song expands this blessing outward across generations, families, and life’s journeys, reminding us of God’s constant presence before us, behind us, and beside us.

Fragments of familiar hymns including Guide Me, O Thou Great Jehovah, Dear Lord and Father of Mankind, and Life is a Journey appear throughout the score, each offering its own prayer: for guidance, for peace, and for strength along the way.
